On June 28, we invite you to leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind and cross the threshold of a magical place. At Casa cu Flori in Jurești (no. 39, Timiș county), the Căpraru family — Rosana, Neluțu, Alecsia and Maia — opens the doors of an authentic Banat household. It is a soul project born from the desire to keep alive the legacy of Grandma Floare, where every corner, from the restored furniture to the hand-woven carpets, breathes history and authenticity.

What does this magical experience offer you?

-Traditional Food & Natural Ingredients from the Garden: A slow-food gastronomic feast, prepared according to old recipes passed down from generation to generation, using only clean, fresh and natural ingredients, picked directly from the garden.
-Artisanal Liqueur Tasting & “Magic Potion”: You will discover the flavors of childhood through natural syrups (chocata, rose) and a fine selection of homemade liqueurs. The piece de resistance? Our famous *Magic Potion*, a bitter patiently crafted from 61 plants, flowers and fruits
-Natural Health & Therapeutic Teas: Workshop dedicated to medicinal plants and an exhibition of teas from our own production (including the *Magic Tea* with over 60 ingredients), hand-picked and naturally dried.
-Art, Craft & Reconnection:** Live workshops (Wool Art), a guided visit for relaxation in the nearby forest and moments of peace in our garden full of flowers and poppies.

Our Soul Menu:
1. Appetizers – Taste of the Banat Farm
-Peasant's Platter: Aromatic ham, smoked sausages, cartaboș, curd, telemea, bacon, chutney, rinds, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and red onions.
- Salads: Slow-cooked eggplant, parsnip, cauliflower and green beans.
-Fresh homemade pita with lard, paprika and onion.

2. Weed Soup with Nettles and Nettles- Dressed with rich homemade sour cream, an explosion of raw greens and health.

3. Main Course – The Diversity of Banat on a Plate
-Lasche with crumpi and paprika* (traditional homemade pasta with potatoes).
-Ceaun Surpriză* cooked slowly, over low heat, according to the village's tradition.
- Smoked sauerkraut on a disk, warm polenta and assorted homemade pickles.
-Salty pies made from hand-kneaded dough, baked in the oven (with leurda/nettles, zucchini with dill and mushrooms).

4. Dessert – Dulceața Copilăriei
-Pâturata* with poppy seeds, walnuts, sweet cheese or cocoa and cinnamon.
- Fluffy donuts served with an impressive collection of homemade jams (cherries, roses, green walnuts, elderberries, figs and gogonele).
